FEATURES

Our ‘jewel in the crown’ is a well-balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, vinified separately and aged for twelve months before being blended and bottled. In the glass, it shows a vibrant ruby-red colour with elegant garnet highlights. The bouquet is generous and refined, weaving together red fruit, vanilla and spice. On the palate, it is smooth and persistent: full and intense, with a pronounced spicy finish that enhances its complexity.

Perfect with red meat, flavourful stews (such as the famous peposo dell’Impruneta) game and the classic Florentine T-bone steak.
