High season

CHECK IN Saturday between 4PM and 7PM (unless otherwise arranged).
CHECK OUT Saturday by 9AM.

Low and mid-season

CHECK IN Every day, from 4pm until 7pm (unless otherwise agreed).
CHECK OUT Every day, on the day scheduled for departure by 9am (unless otherwise agreed).

It is essential that you provide us with a mobile number so we can inform you of any changes to the arrival time due to unforeseen circumstances or traffic conditions.

To confirm your booking, we need the details of a mastercard or visa creditcard as a guarantee, or payment of a 30% of the cost of your stay by bank transfer.

Cancellation

WITHIN 45 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE Penalty of 30% of the total cost of your stay.
WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE Penalty of 45% of the total cost of your stay.
WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE Penalty of 80 % of the total cost of your stay.

For a cancellation less than 15 days before your due arrival date, you will be charged the full cost of your stay.
Nothing will be charged to the credit card given as a guarantee except for eventual penalities due to cancellation (see above).
