Utensils and equipment
The utensils and equipment have been provided for those who, at least sometimes, want to be a chef and enjoy a meal at home, or rather in the fresh air! Enough pots and pans, good set of cutting knives (otherwise how would you cut the Fiorentina?), glasses for water, wine, grappa... Colourful plates and red and white gingham tablecloth for a cheerful table the way we like it!
In the cupboard you will find spices, salt, sugar, pods for the Nespresso machine, tea. Under the sink you will find dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, sponge and hand soap.

Filtered water
We firmly believe water is precious and so is the environment.
That’s why we’ve installed a water filter, so you can enjoy great-tasting water at no extra cost and, above all, with zero plastic.
In the apartment you’ll find glass bottles ready for you refill them whenever you like. The water appliance is in the jolly room, next to the reception, open 24 hours a day.

Dishwasher
Every apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, something you can’t do without especially on holiday!

Large fridge with freezer
We don’t want you to spend your holiday at the supermarket, but relaxing! That’s why we’ve equipped all out apartments with large refrigerators suitable for families. There had to be one in an XL apartment! In this case, you won’t find it in the kitchen, but in the large store cupboard where you can keep drinks and supplies.

Microwaves
Do you want to quickly heat up some milk or frozen lasagna, just like at home? A microwave is provided for you in each apartment.

Coffee
For us Italians it is a true ritual. That’s why we’ have thought to provide a variety of coffee machines so you can enjoy it just the way you like it: one for coffee Americano, a traditional Italian Moka and the more modern Nespresso.

Small appliances
You will find the toaster, mixer, blender, juicer, kettle.

Breakfast
With a fabulous view, what more do you need to get your day off to a good start? A breakfast fit for a king, to be enjoyed in complete relaxation under your pergola. Smoothies, fresh fruit juices, toast…? We’ll provide you with all the equipment you need to prepare it. Would you like a fresh, hot croissant or some lovely bread baked in a wood oven delivered in the morning? Just order them at reception and pay when you check out!

Spina's living room is very bright, with two large French windows that overlook the garden. There is direct access to the patio, covered with wisteria and furnished for your al fresco lunches. From the second French window you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Val D'Elsa at any time. A wall with exposed bricks and stones is throw-back to the old tobacco barn. The furniture is light and the effect is peaceful and airy. The living area has a large three-seater sofa and 2 armchairs. There is also 32" satellite TV.

2 single beds with natural beech slats. Hypo-allergenic pillows and duvets. After the long journey, you deserve to have your beds ready! To offer you the best in hygiene, the bedspreads are changed at the end of each stay.

If your children have to do their homework? This room has a home office workstation (or a desk for homework!) with an amazing view.

This bedroom (single or twin) can be transformed in the blink of an eye. It can be changed according to your needs. The only thing you can’t change is the magnificent view. It can be used as a bedroom, work space, study or relaxation room. The two natural wooden slatted beds are stackable. When stacked, they make a perfect single bed for the night or a day bed to relax on as you enjoy the incredible view If your family is XL, as if by magic, there will be 2 single beds or a double bed, whatever you require.

Teenage children who make themselves beautiful to go out at night? No fear! There is a full bathroom, with a window, shower and hair dryer. We thought that a supply of shampoo, body wash and hand soap might be handy, so we can limit the amount of plastic we use.

From your room you have direct access to the private bathroom with Velux window, shower and hair dryer. You will also find a supply of shampoo, body wash and hand soap. We use environmentally friendly refills to reduce the use of plastic.

We would like to inform you that all our linen is treated with professional washing and sanitising systems, and it is delivered to us every week in sealed packages. In the house you will find everything you need for your stay, for the bathroom and for the home in general. A tablecloth and tea towels will be waiting for you in the kitchen.

Each guest will be provided with a set of towels (face + bidet) and a shower towel.

If you have decided to spend a longer holiday with us, we offer a free service of tidying up and changing the linen (bed, bathroom, kitchen) after a week.

We think that this is often enough and ensures a balanced comfort/sustainability ratio. That’s what we do in our family.

If would prefer to have the linen changed more frequently, we can do it for a small fee.

If travelling by air, we thought you could do with a large pool towel – please ask for one at reception, it’s free of charge!

We resisted for a long time, trusting the thick old walls of our farmhouse just as our grandparents did. But the climate has changed, and in the end we gave in. You’ll find air conditioning throughout the apartment. Sometimes you really can't do without it.

There is no additional cost for using the air conditioning but in return we ask you to respect our philosophy of sustainability and respect for the environment. Use it when you need it, with the doors and windows closed, and above all, make sure that when you go out it is turned off!

Each apartment has independent central heating so you can decide how and when to turn it on. You won’t be charged any additional cost for heating, but we ask that you behave as if you were at home. We’re doing our best to protect the wonderful environment that surrounds us, so please help us by not leaving the heating on when you go out or when you have the doors and windows open.

Montaione is a quiet hamlet, but we have equipped our apartments with security systems so you can sleep peacefully and relax with no worries. The apartment is equipped with an easy-to-use and intuitive alarm system and an electronic combination safe.

In addition, a private security service carries out regular patrols during the night.

The private patio, equipped with table and chairs, is right at the entrance to the dining area, covered by a wisteria pergola. It is covered with a magnificent wisteria pergola. You can lay the table, prepare your dishes and take them outside easily. There are two deckchairs you can use if you want to relax reading a book or drinking a good glass of wine while on the lawn you will find our soft and colourful Ottomans.

Have you ever been in that position where even early in the morning, sun loungers and deckchairs are taken by ghost guest towels? For this reason, you will have a dedicated area on our solarium. There are 2 sun loungers, 2 deckchairs and an umbrella for your exclusive use.

The jolly room, located next to the reception, is open 24 hours a day and has different functions. Let's start with what we hope you will never have to use: first aid kit and fire extinguisher.

Inside you will find everything you need to do the laundry. For a small fee of €2.00, a washing machine and detergent are available. In your apartment you’ll find a basket for carrying your clothes and a washing line for drying them. A particularly beautiful blouse that needs special care? You will also find an iron and an ironing board.

Here you will also find the device that you will use most frequently the water purifier. The jet is a bit slow, but the water is very good! And let’s not forget the satisfaction of not having to carry tons of water in plastic containers!
