A body that is never exaggerated, brilliant colors, fresh fragrances and a good balance: this is Chianti Monteadorno, a wine that speaks an absolutely Tuscan language. Our wine combines the strong personality of Sangiovese (60%), the main grape variety of the CHIANTI DOCG designation, with other native grape varieties of Tuscany: Colorino, Merlot, Trebbiano, and Malvasia (40%) .
The result is a full bodied wine with an intense ruby color and an aroma dominated by red fruits, such as blackberries and raspberries.
FOOD PAIRING
The slight tannins and pleasant aftertaste of this harmonious wine pair well with poultry, cheese, and grilled and roasted meats. Our Chianti is not only suitable for cold days and nights: it is also very pleasant on a hot day or on a long, warm night if it is served at the cooler end of the temperature range. Best served between 16-20 °.
Monteadorno Bianco Toscano IGT is a white wine (Indicazione Geografica Tipica- acronym that guarantees a product originating from a region stated on the label – the broadest category of quality Italian wines).
