Our farm , established in 1700, covers today an area of 14 hectares and it is fully dedicated to the production of wine and oil. We have 5 hectares of vineyards and about 900 olive trees. Unique natural elements, in addition to the centuries-old winemaking tradition in our family, are the characteristics that you will find in each one of our bottles. The grape and olive harvest are done entirely by hand and the fruits are delivered quickly to the Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini, which among the founding members includes our ancestor Ing. Luigi Bonsignori – nonno Gigi . The grapes are treated using modern technologies and devices, excluding contact with oxygen at all stages of winemaking This allows us to preserve and enhance all of the characteristics of the autochthon grapes varieties that we cultivate up on our farm.
